You can learn how to dance the night away right here at Houmas House! Starting on Wednesday, January 21st we will be hosting dance classes for Jitterbug and other dances, taught by Beverly Cook! We had so much fun last season, we are bringing it back! The five class sessions will take place from 6:15 pm – 7:30 pm each Wednesday and will cost $75 + tax and booking fee per person for all five classes. Class Dates: |

Houmas House invites all Ladies of Royal Standing to wear their crowns and celebrate Queen’s Day with a Royal Procession through our formal gardens, followed by a Luncheon fit for a Queen! Our celebration begins in Dixie Café, where specially designed beverages can be purchased for the Royal Procession. Saturday, February 7, 2026 Arrive early so you can purchase beverages prior to the Procession. The Luncheon will be served in the Queen’s Room of the Carriage House Restaurant.
