The Symphony brass and percussion players perform traditional holiday favorites, including some BRSO custom arrangements. Make a night of it, and schedule dinner at one of the estate’s fabulous restaurants.

Join us for an afternoon or evening of Drinks, Dining, and Mahjong Social play in the beautiful setting at Houmas House.

$30 Per Person
Your registration includes a $5 Donation to the Great River Road Museum and:

• Mondays & Wednesdays (11 am – 2 pm) – $25 Dixie Cafe River Road Buffet and play in Dixie Cafe

• Monday thru Sunday (11 am – 8 pm) – $25 Carriage House Gift Certificate (towards your meal and/or beverages) and play in Carriage House Restaurant

  • When booking for Carriage House Open play you can come at any time as long as you give your self time to finish before or at 8 pm!

Please bring your own Mahjong mats, tiles and any other necessities you will need to play the game.

Gather your friends, enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner, and spend some time here playing Mahjong while supporting the Great River Road Museum. Reservations are required.
